The Vice President of Sales & Business Development is a senior executive responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading strategic client engagement across the data center sector. This position will shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, build high-impact sales teams, and develop key relationships—especially with hyperscalers and enterprise clients.

This is a unique opportunity reports to the CEO/Leadership Team and will influence the growth trajectory of a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization serving mission-critical infrastructure markets.

  • Strategic Sales Leadership – Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, secure new business, and expand presence across hyperscaler and enterprise segments.
  • Client & Partner Engagement – Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hyperscalers, enterprise clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term value.
  • Team Building & Leadership – Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment – Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure alignment between client needs and company solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation & Deal Execution – Lead high-value negotiations, ensuring legal, commercial, and regulatory compliance.
  • Industry Representation – Serve as a subject-matter expert and company representative at industry conferences, panels, and partner events.
  • Travel expectation – 40% of the time /Remote Position

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the technology, infrastructure, or data center sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales organizations that deliver sustained revenue growth.
  • Deep knowledge of data center industry trends, technologies, and customer requirements.
  • Experience with hyperscaler sales, cooling solutions, or go-to-market expansion in new geographies is a plus.
